CONSERVED LANDS
Harding Conservation Easement, Jackson, New Hampshire

View across the Woodchuck fields to Carter Notch

Located in the town of Jackson, N.H., a conservation easement on this scenic 12-acre property permanently protects more than 1,400 feet of frontage on the Wildcat River, a federally designated "Wild and Scenic River." The property also hosts a portion of the Woodchuck Fields cross-country ski trail, part of the Jackson Ski Touring Foundation’s 150 km trail system.

"We are thrilled that the natural beauty of our land will be protected in perpetuity for all to see and enjoy. We hope that others will also seize this great opportunity to partner with the land trust to preserve our precious fields, forests and streams."
-Sam and Betsey Harding
