The natural, undeveloped shoreline along Conway Lake

View from the Parker Curcio property across Conway Lake to the Moat Mountains
The Parker Curcio easement permanently protects 400 feet of forested shoreline along Conway Lake, which is a public water of the State of New Hampshire. The easement also protects the water quality and wetland resources of Conway Lake and is adjacent to land already protected by the Land Trust.

The Parker Curcio easement is consistent with New Hampshire RSA Chapter 483-B, The Comprehensive Shoreline Protection Act which states: "The shorelands of the state are among its most valuable and fragile natural resources and their protection is essential to maintain the integrity of public waters."
