| Earle Family Farm Conservation Easement, Conway, NH |
 Located on scenic Baird Hill Road in Conway, the Upper Saco Valley Land Trust’s first working farm conservation easement permanently protects 128 acres of farmland and forest from development. The Land Trust worked with the Earle family to ensure that the land would be protected while still allowing the farmer and future generations of farmers to earn a living. "We have owned the land for over half a century and are really attached to it. We love the land and don't ever want to see it cut up and developed. A conservation easement protects our land from development and preserves it in its present day condition." - Nancy Earle
