Yoga at the Pine Hill Community Forest
Join local yoga instructor Sue Faunce at the Pine Hill Community Forest on Sunday, August 1. Our time will consist of a mindful morning walk by the river, with an emphasis on the senses and being present in nature. Arriving at our spot on the shore, we will enjoy a gentle yoga practice, about 45 minutes long and a brief period of quiet space for meditation or just enjoying the surroundings. Bring some water, and a towel or mat (it will be on sand).
