One of our first easements, and our farthest north easement, this property preserved fields, forest and river frontage at the foot of Evans Notch. With the Cold River coursing through the property, an AMC camp property to the south, and the White Mountain National Forest to the east (in Maine), this property is part of a "conservation block" of pristine and gorgeous land. We are very thankful to the Punsky Family for the gift of preserving this property, forever.
