Forest Therapy Walk
Albany, NH - Upper Saco Valley Land Trust (USVLT) is excited to offer a workshop focused on Forest Therapy on Saturday, April 22 from 10:00AM - 12:00PM at Albany Town Forest. The walk will be led by USVLT Board Member Megan-Mack Nicholson, a Certified Forest Therapy Guide with the ANFT and owner of Holon Healing. The walk will be a guided meander through the forest focusing on our bridges of connection to the natural world. According to Holon Healing, Forest Therapy cultivates the opportunity to 'Get out of our thinking mind, and into our senses, the gap between humans and the natural world dissolves, restoring our innate desire for balance, peace, and oneness'.
