Free Summer Yoga on Jockey Cap


Fryeburg, ME - This summer, Upper Saco Valley Land Trust is offering free
guided yoga and mindfulness classes on the iconic Jockey Cap in Fryeburg, ME. Participants
will immerse themselves in nature, stillness, and self-care while enjoying sweeping views of the
White Mountains from the summit of Jockey Cap, all while helping to support the stewardship of
this special place.

Classes will meet Tuesdays, July 11 - August 8 (weather permitting) from 5:30 - 7:00 PM in the
parking lot of Saco River Brewing, located at 10 Jockey Cap Lane in Fryeburg. Please bring a
yoga mat, water, sunscreen etc. All are welcome! No prior experience necessary.

In collaboration with USVLT, Saco River Brewing will offer a token to each participant that will
direct the funds from the purchase of a Jockey Cap IPA or another beverage towards the care and
maintenance of this property.

Classes will be led by Megan-Mack Nicholson, USVLT Board Member, Certified Yoga
Practitioner, Master Reiki Shaman Practitioner, Certified Forest Therapy Guide, and
owner/founder of Holon Healing, an organization specializing in self discovery and holistic
