Support local land conservation efforts this May at Barley & Salt through a unique type of dine to donate. Plates with a Purpose is a curated three-course dining experience designed to bring our community together while generating meaningful financial support for local nonprofit organizations.

$45 per person Prix Fixe Plates with a Purpose Menu Each Plates with a Purpose menu include:

• Choice of Soup or Salad
• Choice of One of Six Entrées
• Choice of Dessert

$15 from every Plates with a Purpose menu sold is donated directly to Upper Saco Valley Land Trust.

Unlike traditional “percentage-of-sales” fundraisers, this model provides a clear and substantial per-guest donation tied directly to participation in the Plates with Purpose menu. More details to come soon.
