Conway Lake Paddle
Join Joel Rhymer and USVLT staff members for a canoe outing on Conway Lake on Wednesday, September 9 from 9am to 12:30pm. We will paddle to USVLT’s Long Island Preserve and make our way across the lake toward several USVLT easements. Bring binoculars, as we will look for wildlife along the way.
This event is part of USVLT’s ongoing Easement Exploration Series. Many of these events are open to the public, but because of social distancing, this outing will be for USVLT members only. The event is limited to 20 individuals so sign up early. To become a member (if you're not already), please visit our website at www.usvlt.org and click on the “What You Can Do” drop-down menu.
We will meet at the Conway Lake Beach and Boat Ramp at 414 Mill St, Center Conway, NH. Please bring your own canoe or kayak and personal flotation device. If you don’t have a boat and would still like to join, please reach out to us because we may be able to provide some at no cost. Please bring drinking water and snacks. Please email info@usvlt.org to preregister.
